Crazy Kids!

The other week Spencer started calling me "Babe". Here he is yelling, "Hey Babe". He thinks he's so cute doing it. Lordy he's a hand full!!!!

This is what Campbell thinks of all of Spen's nonsense. Bless his soul the child can sleep though all of the noise Spencer makes. Thank goodness!! But, try to load or unload the dishwasher and he's wide awake. That's a good excuse for not doing dishes don't you think!!
Other happenings over the week.....
The boys took a bath together for the first time. Spencer loved it and assumed that he was suppose to wash Campbell. Campbell looked at us like PLEASE HELP ME!
Spen and the neighbor kids also had fun putting stickers all over their faces. Somehow Campbell even ended up with a few on his fat cheeks.
And just this morning I was trying to get Spencer to smile at the camera. Here is his first attempt....

After seeming himself he got a little better at not turning up his nose. His second attempt was much better...we'll see if he keeps that up. Not likely! Campbell got in on the smiling too! I have two dimpled boys!!!

A DAY AT THE ZOO

We had a fun day at the Denver Zoo. Spencer was so excited to see the animals. He especially loved seeing the animals that were being pampered by the zoo keepers. He is still talking about the hippopotamus getting his teeth cleaned. I asked Jake what he wanted to say about the day. His comment, "It was a fun day for all of us. Oh, and the corn dogs were delicious!" :) Yes, we did have corn dogs and I have to say they were yummy!!!
Intense!
He loved climbing on the bear statutes. Notice his shirt. I can't believe my little bear will be TWO a month from today!!

Spen kept running back to the elephants saying, "Spencer wants to look just one more time."

Campbell once again was quite a trooper. He's so tolerant of his crazy family...guess he doesn't know the difference!

Double Dippin

Spencer couldn't get enough chips and Salsa this weekend.

He thinks double dipping is the only way to go!

Getting a little closer and making sure to get every last bite!
